Good Morning my GLP family

I am feeling good as far as pain. And sleep as well. My pain level has dropped almost as though some sent me something magical to help. Last night I had a good amount of sleep. A longer stretch of time than I have enjoyed in quite a while. Almost as though someone might have sent me something magical help me sleep. If something like that happened I would certainly thank that person, that magical wizard who gave me such wonderful gifts, amazing pain relief and the kind of sleep that allows a person to think clearly because a person finally got pain relief and sleep. If would most definitely hug that person so hard, and thank that person and probably get that person's shirt set from tears of gratitude and joy. I would never in a million years be able to express how much better I feel to that beautiful soul, that wondrous wizard, that earth angel. If that were to be what happened that person would (I hope and pray) recognize his/her self here and would keep an eye on their inbox here at GLP.


I was lucky enough to talk by phone to another GLP person by phone yesterday. That call made my day perfect! I had a couple of health issues pop up yesterday as well. Talking to my friend before I started feeling poorly made it easier to feel so crappy. Actually, my crappiest days are much brighter thanks to the loving support I have found here, at the same place I find my news and entertainment. You guys are such an enormous blessing to me.

Now I am off now to eat breakfast (toast and bone broth) and snuggle with my doglet Marnie, and kitty who wants me to stop typing and snuggle her NOW! My dog and cat might be spoiled. I have been told that, but in reality they spoil me! They don't care if I have sick person hair, or if I feel up or down. They just love me and accept me for me.

I have declared today Pink Floyd day at my house. I hope everyone here has a very wonderful and happy Saturday. Kitty calls today Caturday. Hugs for everyone. I feel good today, and I hope everyone feels good as well.

Monkey and kat...Monkey still a bit stuck in morning fog. Kat, are breakfast and is sleeping on my lap...

I wanted my cat and simply went to my deck (it's 33 acres) and yelled 'cat' and she was here in 5 minutes looking a wee bit disgruntled.

BBQ Boy finds and posts one of my 2 favorite Floyd songs..the other favorite is on the turning away.

Btw, mentioning this because I can, in the hallway to upstairs the ~was~ a big blank wall. It is much too big for a couple of normal size framed pictures. It needed something though. So I hung a cloth thingy ( bed spread? tapestry? I dunno), I just bought it years ago and used it as a sometimes table cloth on my big oak table I bought forever ago for 100.00. Made full size with leafs/leaves/oak board table extenders it will easily allow serving dinner for 26 people, family,friends holiday or just because meals. 3 meals a day when our 3 sons were growing up. Holiday meals, everyday meals, family, friends, so many happy memories table. The cloth thingy fits perfectly and it is the album cover of Dark Side of the Moon...looks pretty good there. Just a random memory of a simple treasure (ok, two treasures, table and cloth) and countless beautiful momories. I wish that table could talk...
