My husband has started to do the same thing here,as he has advanced lung cancer that has spread,and has weeks or months left.This has given him some peace.

Tiger1, I have actually had someone ask me if they could have am item of mine. Who does that? Ask a terminally ill person for their stuff. I told the person (a casual acquaintance my husband knows) that when I am gone my husband will give him something I have carefully chosen, just for him, mr. Greedy butt. I then wrapped a package 50 assorted googly eyes in festive paper. I attached a note telling mr. Greedy butt to enjoy them! When I am gone my husband and sons will trip over each other to give this fool his inheritance.

Take care of yourself tiger1. Being a caregiver is hard in so many ways. A very important part of taking care of your husband is looking after yourself. I know from experience. I will keep you and your beloved husband in my thoughts and prayers.

I did get a message from the bestest mask maker on the board showing my avatar with the perfect mask. It is awesome cool. Hopefully it will show on my avatar on the board soon! Thank you Richard in St. Louis!

Oh no Evangelina, laughter is perfect in a situation like this. I think laughter is perfect anytime. I just haven't been able to watch it yet. I call asleep so easily lately. It seems like I sleep an hour then am awake for an hour. I will watch it, I promise..
