This seems out of character for her.
To generalize the western (white) lifestyle has a bigger carbon footprint so I would think she would want the bigger carbon footprint people to go.
Another point along this train of thought is that mass migration of third worlders to Europe and America would only serve to increase the carbon footprint of these migrants as their lifestyle would increase their energy usage. Greta has yet to speak out against mass migration.
