The nicotine will get into your system without smoke, I think adding the flavoring of some sort, could be chocolate crushed candy or one better is peppermint candy crushed. I don't think many would take to tobacco without the flavor changed some, it will get into your system, you don't have to swallow the spit, you spit it out, the glands under the tongue will get it in your system. Thanks for good ideas and I need to get the B3 vitamin I got the C and D. Never take nicotine patches if you don't need to, they can cause other problems if you get to high a dose. You can find a very low dose maybe, or just chew some nicotine, tobacco it is safer. You can lose potassium from having too high a dose, that is a problem with those patches. That could cause heart problems. Get potassium during this time too if you decide to use any tobacco product, it for your safety. The best thing to do is try not to catch it. Stimulates my neck like an inhaler so I havent woke like iv been strangled for a while. Blends or softens reverberation that I feel in my head from heartbeat ( mainly in bed ) Makes you feel relaxed. Somewhat recreational like some might drink a beer or smoke weed. Was good playing Horizon Zero Dawn. Mild + painkiller. After foot operation and possibly a couple days painkiller if thats how it will be. Will just try using cbd. This is just on 40mg at most per day. |
