What if they can alter the frequency of the 5G transmitter to make people ill.

If the 5G transmitters are every 500 feet or so, and it basically envelopes everyone in that radius with a specific frequency. What if they can fine tune the frequency to destroy immune cells or caused internal damage.

That map shows that the majority of the 5G is in rural (non-large city) areas. Whereas most large cities are 4G LTE.
