I believe Op. When you think about it, global currencies are at tipping point, countries just borrowing trillions as if it doesn't matter about next year, populations growing way beyond the world's ability to feed them all.

Seems to me tptb have a choice - let it continue, resulting in mass rioting and savages wiping out weaker families, or cull the population. Looks like they've made their choice.
