One little flaw in that ointment is that humans can pick up those frequencies, and hear it loudly. It also causes physical symptoms in those sensitive to little things like earthquakes.
But, here's the big one. How does this connnect to the mining disaster ? Was this mine part of the project, and/or was it damaged by the project ?
Were the earthquakes that caused the cave in naturally occurring, or caused by this project, or maybe a pulsed beam ?

I can't say if these IFS's are synthetic or naturally occurring, causing micro quakes, and larger eq's globally.
