What the average american does not know is that many municipalities and pension funds bought into them to get superior yield. They went unregulated so the local guberments could get 20% on their money annually. Most of these funds are now down 10% to 50%, which means all the minority local government workers will not have pensions and will go after the white male investment bankers and string them up. This actually happend during the depression. That is why the '30s was so notorius for organized crime. All I am hearing now from the PermaBullz is a bunch of apologies. |
