The pictures make no sense. What is the light source?
You couldn't take pics of the Dark Side of the Moon even if you could get there. It would be pictures of profound blackness. Or what could be illuminated from a small light powered by a rocket. Or headlights on a rover powered by battery pack.
Then how would they be "beamed" to Earth via the backside of the moon? I see nothing but problems with this story.

So if Earth were the light source, then it would be the dark side. But Earth isn't the light source except for a bit of reflected light. The Sun is the light source for the moon, as it is for us.
