Natural remedies and defense against Coronavirus?

Not if, but when the Coronavirus reaches the US I would imagine the majority of us (healthy working/able adults) will stand a good chance of beating the virus without medical attention
I for one will want to avoid the hospitals and general public for that matter as it will be chaotic and open you up to more bacteria and viruses while our immune systems are compromised.

While there is a plethora of information online of concoctions that help with common cold and flu (ginger, cayenne, lemon ect). What I want to know is what can we stock up on now to help strengthen our immune systems before and during the virus. Does anyone have any food/herb suggestions that will us during this battle?
