Enemy A chemtrails enemy B. Enemy B unable to develop antigen virus soon enough. Population now in active infection. virus becomes horribly endemic on enemy B. Enemy B must develop Antigen immediately. Unable.

Enemy B loses through population decrease, production decrease, infrustructure and society breakdown.

Enemy B now at mercy of enemy A.
