The Whole30 Diet/Program

My high blood sugar numbers started dropping to the normal range within the first 4 days.

Now, 23 or so days in, my blood sugar numbers are operating well within the normal range.

Tested my blood sugar this morning, it was 88.

(after a 12 hour overnight fast, anything below 100 is considered acceptable.)

Sharing this, because certainly there are others out there struggling with adult onset diabetes.
