The Dems are not looking for a good president. They are looking for someone who can beat Trump. I am sure they see themselves as being able to manipulate whoever gets in any way.

Whatever the foolishness of her running is, whatever her shortcomings...she is the only one who could sway democratic voters. None of the current crop of clowns can muster a large following and would get absolutely crushed by Trump.

She is universally liked among the Dem voters and that is all they care about.

I cannot for the life of me imagine it will be one of the clowns currently 'running'.
