You realize that one of these "false Christ's" in verse 5, is talking about the Anti Christ.
Who is also the first horseman in Revelation and the other horseman/plagues follow him.
So since he is not on the scene and not out conquering nations, nor do we have those plagues going on, then we are not in this time period yet.

How "many" have come forward in the last 2000 years declaring "I am the Christ"?
