I voted for him, but it didn't matter. The rest of the country was too stupid to understand. RIP Ross.

Then he said they were blackmailing his family what you probably didn't see or hear about, was hundreds of thousands of people doing things that was not reported, that made them stop running up the debt for 8 years. most of all was Clintons' military cuts, or congress under Newt Gingrich but I really think Ross Perot influenced the Zeitgeist of the time.
