of course there are many other factors as well in my opinion. Solar activity, GRB's, ozone depletion, burning of fossil fuels, methane gas from animals but also the frozen deposits under the ocean (methane hydrate).

But the number one reason is HAARP, and other radio projects, like the Tesla's "World System" Communication system thread I posted. Not only do we have HAARP antenna array in Alaska, but one on the moon, one in the middle east ( possibly Israel )

IMHO, there is now MAJOR pressure on the west coast of the USA!

Everywhere else on the plate, has had major quakes, and the stress on that part of the plate must now be enormous!

why do you watch the VHF Riometer Jarha? I tend to watch the SC Induction Magnetometer ISF lower frequencies all three channels. I had a online SQUID Magnetometer site, but it's no longer online of course. It is a very, very sensitive Mag. and I enjoyed watching it. I had my spectrogram with software set up last summer, which is pretty close to the SQUID mag. I should set it up again, since the Through-The-Earth system is ready. Hell I bet the data will be crazy!

They keep denying that an earthquake caused the Utah Mine to collapse, yet there are 32 earthquakes listed as this weeks quakes on the map for the Utah and Yellowstone Region.

miners call a microquake, or small quake a mountain bump. People on the surface, or outside the mine entrance won't feel or hear anything. However those deep underground will!


Three undersea earthquakes hit Indonesia

August 17, 2007 - 2:29PM

Three undersea earthquakes have struck western and eastern Indonesia on Friday but there are no reports of casualties or damage, the country's meteorological agency says.

There were no tsunami warnings issued.

The first quake struck overnight at 0126 am on Thursday (0426 AEST) south of a strait between the islands of Java and Sumatra, with its epicentre about 275 km south-west of the capital Jakarta.

The Indonesian agency said the quake measured 5.9 on the Richter scale, while the US Geological Survey said on its website that the quake was magnitude 5.
The other two quakes struck about eight hours later in the Banda Sea in the far east of Indonesia.

Micro quakes do happen frequently, and that they learn to live with them.

I don't care what the media edits/reports, this was not due to retreat mining. The usgs finally did state it is an "offical seismic bump". A quake a occur a distance away, however when you are at that depth, you will feel the vibrations. Believe me. BTW, Check out the Utah webbies I posted on the pinned thread. The seismic shock would have been more powerful underground, then on the surface.

What of the mine safety issues?

Funny those haven't been mentioned in this at all, where it was at the top of that charts last time.

Some digging reveals that the mine owner is noted for high pay to the miners, but sacrifices miner safety.

You just don't get it do you. Have you even been in a mine,or cave, in a micro quake?

If I recall correctly, we've had about a 3-fold increase over the average < 6.0 earthquakes in a year in the first half of 2007 alone.

Ok if the two 6m earthquakes are "aftershocks" what about the other 23 all over 4.2, with approx 20 over 5.5 that have hit Central Peru and off the coast?
Thats an awfully large amount of "aftershocks" and they have been going on for nearly 30hrs so far.
Peru is definetly quaking!
