Crazy thing happened to me once. I have a twin brother and this was back in 2008 before we all had smartphones. My phone announced the person calling me when my phone rang. I was supposed to pick up my twin brother at the airport that day. I'm about an hour from the airport when my phone announces. My brother is calling me. So I pick up and Ice tell him hey I'm about an hour away and we do a little chitter-chatter for a couple of minutes.

My phone then starts to say call from my brother again while I'm on the phone with him text me by surprise but it all happened so quickly so I hang up with him to take the call and sure enough it's my brother again. I said WTF Danny I was just talkin to you how the hell you calling me right now? He said what the hell are you talking about I've been trying to call you for the last 2 to 3 minutes and I it kept saying that's your number was not in service anymore. We were both baffled beyond belief. We trust each other and always have. That s*** definitely happened

My wife’s sister was terminally ill and in the hospital my wife, kid and I were coming back from the hospital cafeteria.

As we were walking down the hallway to her room our 5 year old asked who the woman was walking with us. We asked what he was talking about and he started pointing to her.

My mind has been a complete mess and acting outside my normal character.
My dogs are randomly losing their shit in corners of the home.

I was staying the night with my father, twenty years ago. During the night I had a nightmare and woke up, bolt upright to see at the bottom of the bed a figure of light, not very well defined, but there, like mercury shining from within, kind-of. It immediately calmed me from the bad dream by emanating a love feeling and I fell back to sleep in an instant.I have thought that it might have been a hallucination, however although it only lasted about three seconds, in that time I heard my father going into the bathroom that was next to the spare room where I was.

The next morning I awoke and remembered what had happened and still felt the strong "love-feeling" and at breakfast really wanted to tell my dad about it because I felt so good and happy that something so out of the ordinary had occurred. He told me this: he had had a nightmare that night as well. He was a General Practioner doctor at the time and the dream involved him having to carry his medical case/bag which was full of human excrement-that was it but he was overwhelmed by a feeling of pure evil that it made him wake-up and start reciting the Lord's Prayer because he was so frightened and he was not even a church go-er. He calmed down and then went to the bathroom - which is when I heard him. My puzzlement therefore, is how are these two experiences connected? Was one an evil entity and the other a light entity, or was it the same thing but differently perceived by us?

I've experienced both sides of the spectrum, good and evil. My encounters with God consist of a supernatural peace and love, dreams, and words from the lord. The peace and love are unlike anything you would feel in your day to day life and is truly a gift from God that leaves no doubt of his existence. I've had encounters with demons too, but God is so much more powerful than they are that I don't worry about them.

Something similar here too, Icey. I have shared some of my paranormal stories already here on GLP over the years.

One story being I literally chased a translucent elf around the recliner chair in the living room at my Nanny's house on Christmas morning in the 1990's. I forgot what year it was though. The elf literally gave me a gift that was underneath the tree that I found out later that morning when we were doing the gift giving/unwrapping segment. The elf looked as though he was really there, moved extremely fast, and did not look anything like what most humans would think an elf would look like. I just know this was an elf because that was the singular overriding sense of what species this individual was a part of just looking, smelling, and chasing after him as well. He vanished just as I got to the other side of the recliner chair. I nearly cried when I realized I lost him. Mostly because it definite confirmation that I was not all alone in the Universe and that apparently someone a sentient non-human being out there thought I was special enough to gift something to.

What he gifted me was something I can not accurately describe. It was something like a fossilized tree root fragment. Just touching it I had this very strong feeling that this elf was gifting me not the item itself, but the very significance of the object itself. The significance itself was something about my birthright. What this elf gave me eventually vanished entirely sometime later, but most importantly what this elf gave me is one of the very few things that helped to ultimately radically change the trajectory of my life long term. Short term... things just remained the same as it had in virtually every one of my previous time lines. If I could find this elf again I would happily bear hug him and let him know that I am deeply grateful for his help.

I'm not positive on the year but it was around 1980 I was 20 or so years old.
I was living with a girlfriend and early one morning we were in bed we worked 1st shift and I swear I will never forget this for some reason I opened my eyes and looked towards my girlfriend I could see her sleeping flat on her back plain as day but there was something humanoid shaped and the way it looked was like it was laying the same as my girlfriend only it was sitting up bent at the waist like a inner body was separating from her normal body.It had a green color and what looked like a head was turned as if looking at me I didn't see any features like eys or stuff but it was looking at me ! I jumped out of bed ran down the hall wide open and hit the front door with my shoulder the jam cracked but the deadbolt held I had stop and open it to get out I was terrified.
My girlfriend heard me get of of bed and and hit the front door and came out in the front yard to see what was going on.
It messed with my head for a while I didn't want to tell her what I saw raise up out of her body and wasn't sure I wanted to sleep next to her again either
After 35 , 40 years I have been exposed to many new beliefs and realities that could explain what I saw / experienced but I didn't know shit then
