I also used MSM once before. I had tried it just as a general tune-up and after the two week period felt so much better. I lost a few pounds of extra weight and just had energy.

Then, I kept hearing all the bad things about it --the ones you mentioned--and kind of shied away from it--but I kept my MSM in the cabinet because I was determined to have it in case I got sick.

After reading your article, I am so grateful.
I have been feeling some of the pains that you mentioned and difficulty sleeping (which has never been a problem) and just generally not feeling like myself.

I am going to get it out of the cabinet, take one of the general tune-ups and have it ready if the virus hits my area.
