Quakes like woah over the last week there on the peninsula, including two 4+ mags. It is possible it could bring fissure eruptions, much like was seen at Laki or Kilauea.

Nah..Reykjanes doesn't really do such large eruptions. These episodes of fissure eruptions however tend to last for 100-300 years once they start.

This is literally right under the Blue Lagoon so it's a likely victim should an eruption start. And KEF international airport is just a few km away so disruptions are likely for short periods of time. Trans Atlantic flights might need to cross the Atlantic west of Spain.

If that mountain blows, that town below is f**ked. Only a mile away. Dang.

Expect to see an increase in volcanic activity the coming years, the same also goes for extreme, unpredictable and unexpected weather types around the globe. Nothing to do with man made global warming by the way. The only thing man-made about it, are the lies we are told about what happened, and perhaps even more important, what’s about to happen.
