Hi 001 and thanks for taking time to answer questions. I understand some of these questions may have unknown answers, but am wondering the following:

1. You mentioned in a reply a comment about keeping fever down to rest the immune system in the early stages of illness? Common wisdom about fevers is that they allow the immune system to do it's job better - has any consideration been made for whether the decision to try to lower a fever vs. let it run it's course may influence the risk of complications?

2. Are environmental factors being considered when it comes to the risk of complications? China has significant air pollution at levels higher than many other parts of the world.

3. It is being said from China that antibody protection drops shortly after infection leading to speculation about re-infection being likely. There are multiple parts to the immune system with antibodies only indicating one part of the immune system - are you aware of the same person having been reinfected multiple times, or is this more speculation or potentially fear-mongering coming out of China? Also - are the mutations subtle enough that someone who has had an infection will likely have at least somewhat of an immune response on subsequent re-exposure to a mutated strain and be less likely to have severe illness on subsequent infections?

4. Are only pharmaceutical interventions/treatments/protocols being considered, or is everything on the table?

5. Is potential treatment primarily being aimed at stopping complications post-infection? My current understanding is that mild cases won't really need anything out of the ordinary so far as treatment goes and will be able to recover at home without major difficulty?

6. Any recommendations of what to stock at home from a "basic case" treatment standpoint beyond typical first aid supplies?

I am also trying to parse together with the limited info that has been published so far in medical journals is the typical course of illness - keeping in mind that typical may not reflect any individual experience, and what variables we may be able to control for ourselves in the early stages of illness that may reduce the chance of complications. Diet and sleep are of course important - handwashing. But I am certain there are many other pieces to the puzzle that I am not considering and am really mostly looking for things I have potentially not considered.

Sorry for the long post - I'm also middle of workday and wanted to post while had the chance.
