I am somewhat through it she is talking about how under the Terrestrial Animal Health Code that applies to animals is applicable for humans because you are one by law. The un can force vacs on you because you are technically an animal.

You kind of know your stuff. What you said is what the system in place is designed to do. I have said it before in threads what will happen what the signs will be.

Understand that it is FEMA as an arm of the DHS that will be running at the area operational level. Military in an event like this will fall under FEMA to include federalize military and state national guard. DHS will essentially control all aspects of operations at the strategic level and FEMA at the area of operations level.

People will want to say ohh no there cannot be federal troops it’s a violation of the posse comitatus act has no idea what they are talking about. The system, laws, and procedures in place allow for it. Like it or not it is the truth. If you don’t believe me reference DHS and FEMA policy and procedures.

There are clear loopholes in us code that allow for dual status commanders ... just as there are ways for active component to step in if a state is not willing to use their militia...

Trust me the military is not bad nor will they turn on Americans but if the situation is bad enough to warrant their involvement they are the last line of defense of containment.

Pretty much we are fucked if they start to quarantine. They have already started 1000 were said to be quarantined in la county. We are pretty much fucked as they will not be fucking around what so ever with this thing if they decide it is necessary. I would find the time to watch.
