This is happening in NSW and Queensland and the rain band is on its way to Victoria. Many areas of the east coast are struggling to deal with the power of the floods, causing damage and evacuations to many parts of NSW and QLD. The Bureau of Meteorology says severe weather conditions are forecast again today with heavy rains, strong winds and damaging surf possible along NSW's entire coast with the system forecast to move down to Victoria.
