Sends a clear message for sure.
Quoting: catnahalf I hate to say it, but if this is legit and the virus is legit (it is not legit) but if it WAS legit, even if not and Kim Jong believes it is, he did the right thing. For someone at that level to not obey quarantine given this situation it was truthfully justified.
