Good creative idea. Using plasma from people successfully fight against coronavirus means you're using the successful weapon from the winner. Researching would take a long time.

The other idea is they could use ozone therapy. Draw blood from the patient, saturate it with Ozone. The free oxygen of the O3 will kill of virus when the blood is injected back to the patient.

But no one would think of this. beside, typical medical establishment do not believe in ozone therapy, so no hospital would be equipped with the tools.

A yucky thought, manage to survive the outbreak only to be put in a lab to be bled daily to harvest treatment for the rich.
