Heart looks just a but enlarged with some fat..Ill defined diaphragm, bronchial and pulmonary structure...not much to go on.

This Wuhan Pneumonia leaves a nasty scar if you are lucky enough to survive it. Pneumonia is a systemic condition where by the avioli are inundated with fluid that retards..excludes the gas transfer that the lungs use to do their job.
