An aneathesist ... is he a doctor specialized in neatness or does he check anuses?

Its a little different in the UK...anaesthetists are physicians and not nurses. Most patients receive a pre-surgery interview with the anesthesiologist, too--no mask or gloves, and at bedside or in an exam cubicle. At least the physician was gloved and masked in surgery . Your Tudor rose (Lancaster?) is lovely.
