They intentionally released this chimera/devil virus and will release it again in other parts of the world. It may be an altered strain to go after other ethnic genome types. When it's determined that the strain is different, it'll be called a mutation.

The financial reset will be blamed on the virus, keeping the bankers and more importantly TPTB off the hook. A digital global currency and bio-metric chipping will be implemented/forced.
