vinyl windows suck. Get stainless steel or aluminum.
Quoting: Icey Metal windows condensate on the inside in cold weather and humid conditions. That leads to rotting window sills. I bought all vinyl for my house and much better electric bill. Never cold or hot to the touch like a metal window.
