8 hours every night..........but I guess you're talking other than sleep. If reading a real paper book counts then a couple of hours at times.

I've been working on unplugging more and trying to use my cellphone less. I now keep my cellphone in the kitchen when I'm home. Working on keeping my cellphone in the car when I'm out vs. always having it on me like an anchor.

I can sit and enjoy the sound of silence all day only interrupting to take care of necessities.

The only reason I'm on here is to encourage more of you to be able to do the same.

Some people are going to become, in every literal sense, psychopathic, raging cannibals once they have all these distractions they are dependent on suddenly ripped away.

Then they will hear everything they've been drowning out. Louder than ever. Relentlessly and unforgiving.

checking email, phone, GLP is just making you feel like you are doing something.
