My wildest imagination conjures thoughts of an agent that targets people that do bad things, deceptive, liars, thieves, criminals, violent, deranged, a guilty bad conscience, bad intentions, harm to others.

It is just wrong the good have to suffer the same fate as the wicked but that is the way of nature, the strongest survive by any means.
