This is in Shenzhen several days ago. As the city don't accept the workers from Hubei province. Local landlord don't lease the house to them anymore. Some even have the house there but the communities don't accept them as worring about the virus they may bring.

Also at 0:27 one of the supposedly 'dead' people raises their legs and adjusts their blanket.

It's not a germ warfare campaign against internal dissidents. It would be impossible to target them over everyone else you don't want to kill.

The bodies might still be alive, but if you're infected, you might go out on the street and die, rather than staying home, dying anyway, and infecting your family.

Given what is happening there, it is most likely a combination of homeless and dead, with the homeless routinely joining the latter camp after exposure to the virus and the cold weather.

This whole experience is beginning to look like a marketing gimmick.

Remember the mass shootings a while back? And afterwards gun sales went up? That's what Obama was really good at, selling the idea that we all needed to buy a gun for protection. He may not have come right out and said it, but people lined up to buy stuff they wouldn't bother buying otherwise.

Here, people stock up on supplies they wouldn't normally get, and pray more. As I see it, if you don't already have an ongoing conversation with the creator that let us live here, maybe it's a good time to start one.
