Don't underestimate the fact that people want to maintain their status and lifestyle no matter what, even if this means further descent into slavery. The truth is simply that "modern" and comfortable lifestyle is a huge burden both for the planet and all economic systems.

I am open minded. What’s going on to me feels like the last thing on your list. A divine induced global catastrophe. Can you prove it isn’t.

It feels spiritually connected to me. Because we have all been forced to be somewhat contemplative and reflect on our wastefulness, wrongdoing and dissatisfaction. This is how a spiritual revolution happens. You first become dissatisfied, disgusted. You turn away. You isolate yourself and reflect on things.

These are actually good signs... Even though it has caused economic and health issues for many. The worst consequence has been homelessness and job loss for some. This has been allowed to occur. So it is obvious there is also an aspect of culling going on and we knew that.

Part of our reflection is about that. Is it acceptable? If not, then the spiritual revolution will continue to unfold. People will be forced into taking sides. That too will have consequences. We are being tested. Now we may have to walk through the fire.

Who will walk their talk?

following WW2 until 1982 there were more sellers of bonds than buyers of bonds or more supply then demand which caused yield rates to rise in the USA for decades.

Then from 1982 till now bonds were being bought like mad or more demand than supply.
