The headlights on this car are now inside of the body of the car and vertical, they previously almost used to be flush with the slanting lines of the body and they were not vertical, they were not inside the body of the car almost hidden like.

I don't think this is a Mandela effect. The '79 does look weird but the '78 looks normal...to me anyway.
