The other weird thing is it actually desensitizes the penis and takes away from real sex. I had sex after quitting porn and My God it felt a thousand times better and the orgasm was amazing.

Porn affects you psychologically...at first as it takes ever increasing stimulation to create arousal. At a certain point, it then takes a physiological toll and you wake up and you got nothing.

That is when you should be very afraid as you are causing a serious issue to manifest.

The biggest reason men have problems with their pecker is due to the esters & sugar put into the food. Nothing will ever be done to address these issues because men are disposable in the west and no one gives a fuck plus big pharma is making an ass load of money off of ED pills. I was plagued with ED for almost 20 years and all the doctors would do was give me a prescription to help with the symptoms of the problem but not fix the problem. I didn't start having functionality until I lost weight and I started taking an estrogen blocker. Now I wake up with morning wood every day and it actually interrupts My sleep which I'm not complaining about but it's a welcome wake up. The only wake up that would be better is to wake up to a willing partner.

Abnormal Response

The more times the stimulus happens, and quickly, dopamine is released and unnaturally floods the receptors. So the brain craves MORE. GIVE ME MORE. The brain creates more receptors to get more dopamine, but this dillutes the effect and more stimulus is needed to get ever increasing dopamine.

It becomes impossible to achieve. That causes ED.

Whats a normal sex drive good for ? Attaining a weaponized woman who simply wants to raze your resources before moving on to the next or moving in to make you her beta provider ?

I have the addiction but not the dysfunction yet. I’ve been doing nofap since 31 December 2019 and I’m dead inside, no sexual desire. I started nofap because I was only attracted to one type of girl, more over a single pornstar from the nineties. I get loads of uncomfortable embarrassing erections but there’s no desire behind them, almost like the neural pathways don’t exist in my brain.

I think porn is okay in moderation, like if you're single or something or shared with a SO. But it's definitely not something I think people were meant to binge on and obviously there are some types more harmful than other.

I absolutely think it's bad for the brain to view often - especially at the point of addiction.
