If you actually have a gf or wife that want to have sex with you, and you're not some overweight fat kid playing D&D in mom's basement, then I have news for you. You can do both!

May I suggest not being a rosie palm sloth and maybe turn to a good diet and exercise program - specifically cardio. It will boost your stamina. And get on a good multi-vitamin.
