Lets hope SK can get it under control faster
Firstly, China only had a specific number of test kits which would imply that they are only capable of testing 'X' amount of individuals per day.
Secondly, China has yet to confirm the official origin of the virus, and that has yet to be confirmed anywhere. Until we know that, how do we really know what we are dealing with.
Thirdly, China's economy is being hammered from every angle, so from their perspective they have to do something to try and reduce the adverse impact this is having. Distribute some form of positive information.
Fourthly, they have altered the way that they report cases, for the second time.
Honestly, I am someone caution of DOOM given that over the last ten years of been a visitor on this site, nothing has ever materialised. But for me, for cities to which is unprecedented, i don't believe we are being told the truth.
something stinks about this whole thing, and i think it is very much a case of buying time and trying to mitigate panic.
