With the stroke of the pen he could close the border and have them all deported right now. Politically itr may cost him some brownie points but he could do it. THE Constitution never says, 'the citizens' it only says, 'the People'. It is a limitation on the general powers of Federal government. Notice how they are given the same rights as criminals when caught. Because they are people- here. Which can be remedied via expulsion at the president's convenience. |

You gave up your constitutional rights when you agreed to become a US Citizen, which is an employee of the governmental corporation. An immigrant is covered by the right enumerated by the original 1789 Bill of RIghts. You, the self admitted US Citizen, are not covered and are only granted privileges. |
