The Nobody is a human.. if you're still wishing for aliens to save humanity from anything you're already headed down the wrong track. We have to assume that the Nobody is a young man in his thirties named Chad, if he had the power to change reality he would have made his own name a meme of an indestructible alpha male (though not necessarily created the meme himself). The name Chad also means protector or to battle, hence he is humanity's guardian, but he is born of humanity. As discussed elsewhere, alien races are depending on him, not the other way around. That's the only reason humanity is even alive right now.. no matter how evil you think man's creators are, they don't enjoy seeing this amount of suffering. The cringe levels the human race is reaching right now is enough to make nearly any alien race wish for the non-existence of the Universe.
