More root vegetables. Things that keep over the winter, just in case.
Quoting: Elegant Walnut Me too. Pumpkins, hard squash, melons, sunflower seeds, potatoes, onions, garlic, beets, carrots, cabbage, potatoes. I get them to last fresh most of the winter. Even my tomatoes last fresh till Christmas. Other stuff I can, dry freeze and pickle. Country folk will survive LOL
