yes you can say prepared, you not worried now,yadda yadda.

but no worrries means no knowledge of the subject at hand.

you have knowledge of a subject matter, you will at some point past, present, future worry about the situation.

and my guess since you have knowledge of subject at hand, long time subscriber, long time mod. there is worries.
