Anyone else suffering doom fatigue?

Covid-19 appears to have the ability to truly be a massive deadly pandemic. That said, anyone else find themselves having to take a fast from the news just because there is so much information out there?

A couple of times I've felt like I overdosed on doom to the point that I have an idea about what's coming but quite honestly don't care.

It’s been quite the task to stay “balanced” in wake of the news. I literally need to step away and then come back once I have a refreshed perspective.

What I have found myself doing is taking my fear and anxiety and using it to fuel getting my last minute preps. Taking inventory, making herbal tinctures, and praying to almighty God for all of us.

Getting out and being around people helps. Moving away from the screens is so incredibly healthy right now!!!!

No. I have doom fatigue all the time. Especially being lied too all the time. :(

So, annoying.

I lived through and survived a forgotten epidemic.
AND
I watched ALL of my friends die horrible deaths.
oddly enough
No One Remembers or even mentions it.
AND
Many deny that it ever occured.
Actually
They even gave it a new name.
When they changed AIDS to HIV.
And came up will PILLS to camouflage the symptoms.
There were
HOWEVER
some people who went into remission.
It was as if they never had it.
And the AMA changed their records and diagnosis.
It was a bitter pill for them to swallow.
As Their Truth WAS Denied.
And they were ridiculed for making such claim.
And they went silent !!!
What i am trying to say is that ...
This To Will PASS !!!
And the Thousands who die will soon be
FORGOTTEN !!!

I doom fatigued at around Y2K.. Or was it the hole in the ozone.. or that "Man who Saw tomorrow" movie they played on HBO a billion times in the late 80s..

I forget. It's fun to comment. It passes the time some days. Whatever, I doomed out long, long ago.
