Waiting to hear back from her about conditions there right now. Guangzhou I taught at a university in SK 2011-2012. There were some students there from the People's Republic of China. A friend's wife was a news anchor in Shanghai. I might try to get a hold of her, too. She lives here but used to travel back and forth all the time, has family and friends back there. I'm kind of curious to get the real skinny on life there right now.

Quoting: Xitan I think the great Internet Wall of China is quite impenetrable at the moment. And I am not sure how free to speak the citizens really are there. I don't want anybody to get into trouble, but maybe they can say what's going on in so many words.
