The genome is being polluted by viruses.

The immune system response to viruses (sneezing, coughing, etc.) is not a problem most of the time. The viruses still dump their information into the genome whether someone has symptoms of the virus or not. Symptoms are a function of the immune system ramping up and it doesn’t happen to every person who carries the virus.

They say that 5-8% of the human genome is embedded with viruses.

This percentage will exponentially increase because people don’t know how to stay local, so viruses will spread more rapidly while embedding their information into the genome. That is what viruses *do*.

Many already understand that most diseases have their roots in a viral infection - diseases like diabetes, heart disease, auto immune disorders, neurological disorders, obesity, schizophrenia and other “mental” disorders, etc.

At some point, the human genome will need a “reset”.
