If you are so worried about the Coronavirus what difference does it make where you live? Unless you live in the wilderness which might just give you another year or two, or you might be lucky enough to escape it altogether.
Or you could look at it this way, if you move to the coast you will probably be on grid and the plug could eventually get pulled due to a pandemic so you might be better staying in your off grid home, but that will probably not stop you from getting the Coronavirus, but it will give you lights and heating.
