I'm concerned that most dehydrated long-term emergency food suppliers may pack their foods with sodium, sugar and preservatives. Do any organic emergency food supplies even exist? If not, are there any companies whose foods are a little healthier than the norm?

Get your own Freeze Dryer ($2,500 to $3,500), Dry Pack Canner for #10 cans ($1,500 - $2,900), but the can stocks, descant packs, buy or grow the ingredients, process them for freeze drying, freeze dry and can them. Wala you have healthiest emergency food supply as it is 100% under your control
