It can also be stretched to five by adding rice and seasoning. Four pieces of bacon and three eggs is breakfast now. I can stretch that to seven with one slice or egg and some oatmeal each day. Add in a little foraged teens or garden produce and what I eat in a day can easily stretch a week with super cheap oatmeal, rice, and salt and seasoning. |

Don't throw anything out until you've extracted the most from it ------------------- I took the fat & drippings from a beef roast & poured it into a ziplock bag & threw it in the freezer. That'll make one helluva beef-noodle soup one day If I am going to be damned...I am going to be damned for who I really am! |

Smash a few and cook with meat scraps (hash)...or nuke & then smash & mix with scrambled eggs. Just a few tots can save alot of your other stuff.
