The Chinese economy is toast, and likely the CCP as well.

This would explain why the Chinese are ending the quarantine and sending people back to work. It’s the proverbial rock and hard place; the CCP have to decide between a) a catastrophic economic collapse + end of the regime and b) rampant infection and millions dead.

They’re going with (b).

The ironic thing is that it’s probably already too late. Options (a) and (b) for the win...
