I take just enough ascorbic acid to NOT have a gastric problem (diarrhea). And continue daily. about 4 grams in the AM and PM. When I'm sick, this quickly skyrockets and I can take 10-15 grams. It's simple. Figure out how you normally handle it and then, when your are sick, push it. If you get the Sh1ts, it goes away immediately so it's easy to figure out what is too much for you ... including when you are sick... a little squirt is nothing............

Figure out your "bowel tolerance" during normal life and it is amazing how much your body uses when it needs it. Remember, when we are in cytokine storm, we need a MASSIVE amount. Green apple splatters be damned.

Search amazon and stores etc online or off for "Ascorbic Acid" - look for food grade.

Vitamin C, citric acid listings / products are generally a lot pricier and come is smaller volumes to boot.

On amazon if you search for "Ascorbic Acid" the algorithm will think you are looking for it for food preserving / canning, or to treat limescale build up on copper heating tubes, as a cleaning / de-greasing agent or to make bath bombs and the like. etc.

It will show you results with larger quantities at better pricing, even if they show you citric acid listings the price and volume should be better on average.
