I am getting a weird message when i try to call someone ..can someone explain this ?

Yea i tried that route but the answers were not all that clear.

It just means there was some kind of problem making the connection. Try it again a little later. It's kinda like an "all circuits busy" thing.

Actually, I work for the phone company and the person has a cell phone and doesn't have a monthly plan but has chosen to purchase a calling card instead for said amount of minutes. When the card runs out, so does the use of the phone until more calling minutes are purchased for the cell phone.

PPS 6180 simply means PRE PAID SERVICE and the number behind refers to what it actually means which and I am guessing here that they need to add minutes to their account.

i am getting the same message when attempting to contact someone. i've used diff phones - so i know it's not me personally being blocked. thank you kindly for explain the prepaid service - that makes perfect sense. it's been several days, and i know this person has the money to reload. time will tell i guess.
