5 blacks killed the 16 year old white girl in Biloxi.

5 blacks killed, raped, tortured, etc, Channon Christian and Eric Newsom.

2 blacks at least killed the college girl recently.

2 blacks did the Wichita Massacre and other crimes in the area.

I could go on and on.

There's no agreed-upon number of victims.

The most important standard is law enforcement's/medical responders' definition of what constitutes a mass casualty, which is any number of victims that can be expected to overwhelm the regular, everyday resources.

What should matter to the average joe (aside from 2nd A issues, which should look at type of weapon), is "How likely is this to happen to me, and who will do it?"

The answer is "So unlikely to happen to you that it doesn't really matter who might do it, because you're more likely to get hit by lightning twice than be the victim of any shooting."

But for the purposes of long-term profiling, you'll never rack up enough black shooters to change the current accurate profiling of typical mass shootings (random guy puts on black clothes to shoot at random people) as generally white 20 year old males.

There is a VERY important second category of mass violent acts, however, and that is OLDER twenties/young thirties males who are ex-mil and pumped full of prescriptions at PTSD.

That's a deep dark hole and actually EXCEEDS the "standard" mass shooting profile, though the victims are the same (random).

Black shooters are generally shooting at people they know.

Not as shocking. BS. Some black guy went into a church in the Nashville are, shot it up, nobody hears about it like you do the dylan roof one. People were shot and people were killed.

It's the same thing, except the media keeps one alive and not the other one.

Same with other scenarios. I live in TN, have for many years, but never heard about Channon Christina and Eric Newsom until the one guy was kidnapped by for blacks and tortured. The white guy being tortured by the 4 blacks was from the same area I grew up in, Rockford, IL.

No - they refer to the CoorsMiller Plant as a campus. Marquette University is about 20 blocks away though.
